The Plate-Vac™ unit has been designed specifically for solvent recovery applications in flexographic plate processing operations.
Plumbed directly to a plate processor, the Plate-Vac™ maintains a source of clean solvent that automatically transfers to the plate processor as required. Using a patented process, 97% recovery of available solvent is possible while the still bottoms remain in a flowable state for easy removal and disposal.

The enclosure is designed to be a self-contained, Class I, Division II area and the equipment can be installed easily in the plate processing area. Controls are easy to use and the graphics display screen provides step-by-step instructions and troubleshooting information.
