PRI’s SC Series non-scraped solvent distillation units (pot stills) are designed for a wide range of applications to recover waste solvent with typically less than 10% solids content.

If your waste solvent generation rate is greater than a drum per week, a PRI SC Series solvent distillation unit could be a viable alternative to off-site disposal or recovery.

The SC Series solvent recycling units have a loading capacity ranging from 15 gallons to 475 gallons. These solvent recycling systems can operate in either a batch or continuous mode and have the capability to interface with remote storage tanks and process equipment.

All solvent distillation systems are available with a wide range of options to suit your specific application needs. Atmospheric or vacuum distillation, solvent storage tanks, pumps, automated control systems and Nitrocellulose safety packages are just a few of the available options.

All models are constructed for Class I, Division 1, Group D environments using a combination of intrinsically safe sensors and explosion-proof electrical components. Units are available with an electrically heated oil jacket or an ASME steam-heated jacket. Each system is manufactured to comply with NFPA and NEC codes applicable to the vessel and installation.
