PRI-VAC Sludge Dryer

The PRI-VAC is a distillation unit that uses microwave energy as the primary heating source. While traditional heat sources transfer heat from the outside edges to the middle, the microwaves provide a more even distribution of heat throughout the material. This process allows a sludge to be dried equally throughout it's volume, producing a dry, solid mass that may be disposed of or further processed into product.

This unit may be used to recover solvents that are very expensive, reduce a liquid hazardous waste to a solid to be land filled, or to dry a product so it may be stored or processed further.

Running in batches of up to 90 gallons, the PRI-VAC offers a unique solution to problems that require something more than traditional distillation systems.
