OUR MODERN FACILITY

Our modern facility is located just 35 minutes from Lambert International Airport in St. Louis, Missouri. The 48,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility and 8,000 sq. ft. of office space were designed to meet our specific manufacturing needs.

PRI IS ACCREDITED

PRI is accredited to national and international standards. PRI is an approved ASME Code Shop. This stamp requires a rigorous evaluation of the plant, procedures, welding techniques, design capabilities and compliance with Section VIII of the ASME Code for Unfired Pressure Vessels.

Progressive Recovery

PRI has been designing and manufacturing Solvent Recycling and Recovery systems since 1983. We specialize in systems processing hazardous materials in classified locations. Our areas of expertise include:

Distillation
PRI manufactures a wide range of products for general, ultra high purity, and other specific applications.

Washing
Our enclosed parts washers are designed for large, hard to clean parts. Whether you want to wash with flammable solvents, non-flammable solvents or with water, we can create a wash system to meet your needs.

Process Solutions
Engineering and manufacturing of custom industrial liquid processing systems to meet specific customer requirements.

Integrated Systems
Contract manufacturing and fabrication of skid and modular systems per client specifications.

Effluent Decontamination Systems and Tissue Digesters
Labs housing BSL3, BSL3-Ag, or BSL4 areas can thermally treat liquid waste streams leaving their facilities through lab drains, autoclave or chemical shower drains, necropsy lab drains, and other waste water streams for safe discharge to sewer.

With the addition of two innovative Tissue Digesters, PRI uses known technology and incorporates design refinements to address the mechanics of dissolving solid biological waste. An alkaline hydrolysis process at elevated temperature converts biological waste for sterile, safe, and easy discharge.
