Customer Service

Our Customer Service Department can help you with parts requests, warranty issues, and requests for field service.

Please complete the form below if you would like to schedule Field Service, or when you need to order replacement parts. When you click SEND, it goes directly to the Customer Service Manager. You may also print the form to be faxed if desired.

There is a $50 minimum parts order (not including freight). If an order is placed for less than $50, you will be charged $50 + freight.

Orders may be paid by MasterCard or Visa. International orders must be prepaid by bank wire transfer, credit card or check and will be shipped via UPS, or customers can arrange pickup at their own expense.
