Biodiesel Products
Biodiesel Dryers designed to strip water and/or trace methanol from pre or post glycerin separation streams, feature energy recovery, and produce residual water/methanol levels to well below ASTM 6751.
Glycerin Strippers are designed to handle the high weight percentages of methanol in the glycerin fraction.
Methanol levels at or below 0.1% can be obtained depending on the ultimate crude glycerin destination. Pre-water wash separation may allow methanol reuse without further processing.
Methanol Recovery columns to process water/methanol or glycerin/methanol/water can provide near complete resource recovery of your excess methanol.
Ethanol Products
Our membrane systems offer energy efficient Ethanol Dehydration. Dehydration of liquid ethanol feedstock is accomplished utilizing approximately 25% the energy of current technologies. Systems can be designed for vapor or liquid feed, continuous or batch operation, and a wide range of capacities.
Total Capability
Utilizing our In House Test Lab we can provide both bench and pilot scale testing of actual customer products. Validation of process design offers a high level of confidence of a successful installation. Capabilities include liquid/solids and liquid/liquid separations (distillations), molecular sieve/resin tower purifications, and microwave sludge drying. Membrane dehydration tests are conducted by our technology partner.
Process Automation and Systems Integration. Our expertise in system automation allows us to provide systems with any level of automated operation desired by the end user. In addition, integrating the operation of multiple systems through one central control center can provide the user with a high level of control over multiple processes with minimal manpower. Energy recuperation, data collection and trending are also available to enhance your overall control of the process.
