Field Service

The Field Service team is a combination of very talented and technically capable men.

 This group is responsible for all aspects of the equipment once it is installed at the client's site.

The technician's first responsibility is to review the installation to insure that the installation contractor has followed the submittal drawings and all piping, wiring and utilities have been installed correctly.

The next step includes the start-up and commissioning of the equipment. This step starts by checking out the wiring and verifying individual control loops.

Actual operation of the system is the next phase of the effort. The technician runs the equipment in actual operational status with all tanks at proper operational levels and operating process conditions.

Training of the operational and maintenance personnel is the next critical step in the overall effort.

Finally, the Field Service Technician insures the client is satisfied and provides the contact names and numbers for future service.
