we can quickly identify and respond directly or feed the pertinent information to our engineering group for their response. Customer Service also coordinates requests for field service.
Spare parts and warranty issues are two other areas that our Customer Service team has direct responsibility. They answer specific phone calls and e-mails directed to these two items.
Customer Service Department also interfaces with our vendors to identify any repetitive failures for our vendors to address.
Customer Service is our primary contact with our clients and they are responsive to our clients' needs.
