- Daily inspection of work under way using ASME standards
- Conducts annual ASME audit
- ASME hydro testing of each system
- Maintain welders qualification documents and welding procedures
- Review Materials Test Reports for proper material quality before releasing to manufacturing
Manufacturing Supervision
- Supervised and coordinated the manufacturing process of over 1,000 projects
- Interfaces with Engineering to insure that designs are within the capacity limits of the shop machinery and systems
- Manages work assignments and work force to insure that projects meet scheduled ship dates
