Executive Vice President

Donald G. Fluchel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri - Rolla in 1972.  He co-founded PRI in 1983 and serves as Executive Vice-President while heading the engineering and manufacturing operations of the company. He has received several patents for process equipment and has overseen the design and manufacturing of over 2,500 projects.

General Experience

• Instituted training program for ASME approval process and developed ASME Quality Control Document
• Monitored and supervised the QC Program
• Supervised and coordinated the design/engineering of over 2,500 projects during the past 20 years
• Acted as the primary lead engineer for over 100 innovative, first-time equipment designs, in addition to coordinating the design and fabrication drawings
• Functions as Production Manager and has scheduled the manufacture of over 5,000 units/modules meeting a 98% shipment efficiency.
• BSL-3 & BSL-4 decontamination experience dates back to 1999 with continuous project experience since then.
• Personally interfaced with vendor engineers
• Supervised Factory Acceptance Testing (F.A.T.)
